SECTION A
This section comprises 5 questions of 1 mark each.
1.In which quadrant does the point (−2, −7) lie?
1 2.Write the coordinates of the point on the x-axis that is 6 units to the left of the origin.
1 3.Find the distance of the point (5, 12) from the origin.
1 4.Write the reflection of the point (4, −3) in the x-axis.
1 5.Find the midpoint of (2, 8) and (6, −4).
